Valhalla's After School Enrichment (ASE) is a fee-based enrichment program dedicated to offering our students more experiences in the arts, sciences, languages, and physical education. The classes are run by independent vendors within our community.
VPFA is now using Homeroom.com, an online platform that allows parents, enrichment organizers, and providers to set-up, organize, and book enrichment classes all in one place. Families can now use this online platform to register, communicate with the providers (instructors running the classes), see schedules, make payments, etc. To register, please create your Homeroom account here.
PLEASE NOTE that after school classes fill up on a first-come, first-served basis. Creating your account and reviewing the schedule early is the best way to register for classes your student may like to attend. There will be a waitlist for classes if necessary, and you will be notified if space becomes available.

CLASS CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that no changes will be made once the enrollment period ends, including adding or switching class, unless otherwise approved by the vendor. If you student is unable to attend a class due to illness or vacation, there are no make-up classes. In some cases, vendors may choose to hold a make-up class due to a holiday or instructor cancellation. Withdrawals from a class will be completed on Homeroom. You will work directly with the vendor and be refunded based on their cancellation policy.
Please do not call the office with questions related to ASE, as they do not run the program and are generally very busy attending to other school needs.
